Angels In My Garden offers cosmetic skincare products formulated using natural, botanical, Ayurvedic and other cosmetic ingredients.
Our products are intended for cosmetic use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
References to Ayurveda, traditional practices, botanicals or traditional uses are provided for general cosmetic and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice or therapeutic claims.
2. SKIN SENSITIVITIES & PATCH TESTING
Every person's skin is different. Natural, botanical, Ayurvedic and other cosmetic ingredients may cause irritation, sensitivity or allergic reactions in some individuals.
We cannot guarantee that every product or ingredient will be suitable for every person.
We strongly recommend patch testing before first use of any product, even if you have previously used the same or similar ingredients without experiencing a reaction.
Please review the ingredient information provided with the product before use, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
If irritation, redness, itching, swelling or discomfort occurs, discontinue use. Seek appropriate medical advice if a reaction is significant, persistent or of concern.
A patch test does not guarantee that a reaction will not subsequently occur.

We may reasonably decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, incorrect information or pricing has been displayed, payment cannot be authorised, we reasonably suspect fraud, or we cannot fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount paid.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout where relevant.
We accept the payment methods displayed on our website. Payments may be processed through Shopify or other third-party payment providers.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. RETURNS & REFUNDS

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products generally cannot be returned solely because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian law in relation to faulty, damaged, unsafe or incorrectly supplied products.

- failure to patch test where patch testing has been recommended;
- continued use after irritation, sensitivity, discomfort or an adverse reaction becomes apparent;
- improper or unhygienic use, storage, handling or application of a product;
- contamination of a product after it has been supplied;
- alteration, dilution, mixing, decanting or combination of a product with another product, ingredient or substance after supply;
- use of a product after its recommended period of use or where the product shows signs of deterioration or contamination;
- failure to seek appropriate professional advice where we have recommended doing so; or
- any other misuse of a product or failure to take reasonable precautions that causes or contributes to the loss or damage.
Individual skin types, allergies and sensitivities vary, and no skincare product can be guaranteed to be suitable for every individual.
