At Angels In My Garden, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and affordably across Australia. We partner with both Sendle and Australia Post, selecting the most reliable option based on your location and service availability.

Standard Shipping (Australia)

$10.95 AUD for orders up to $99.99
Free standard shipping for orders $100 and above
Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

Express Shipping (Australia)

$21.95 AUD for all orders
Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days
All orders include tracking. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s service levels.

Bulk Orders

Shipping for bulk or large-quantity orders is calculated based on parcel weight and destination. Free shipping for orders over $85 does not apply to bulk orders.

Shipping for Indian Customers (Sandalwood Serenity Bar Only)

INR 50 shipping for all orders
Free shipping for orders over INR 599
Available only for the Christmas Sandalwood Serenity Soap

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Extra time may be required during peak periods, holidays, or promotional events.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to correct an address before dispatch, email us immediately at care@angelsinmygarden.com.au. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes, and redelivery fees may apply.

Delivery Coverage

We currently ship within Australia only, except for our Christmas Sandalwood Serenity Soap, which can also be shipped within India under the rates listed above.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at care@angelsinmygarden.com.au. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
