We use natural, skin-friendly ingredients. However, we recommend a patch test before full use, especially if you have known sensitivities.

We steer clear of harsh synthetic preservatives. Instead, we opt for natural, broad-spectrum alternatives like Geogard ECT, Leucidal, and Vitamin E, ingredients that help keep your skincare safe, stable, and effective.

For our upcoming rinse-off formulas, such as our hair shampoo and conditioner launching in 2026, we may include only mild, skin-safe preservatives to ensure their performance.

Shelf life varies by formulation:

• Oil-based products last up to 12 months
• Aloe or water-based products last 6–9 months

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days for unopened, unused products in original condition. Due to the natural and fresh-made nature of our skincare, opened products are non-refundable.
